Puget Sound Trip Planner Customer Insights

1. Incredibly useless, especially considering that their busses are never ontime to begin with.Samsung OS Update Crashes App It used to be useable for me, but once I accepted the recent Samsung software update I no longer am able to even open the app.

2. I do not wish for I or others to have their work or appointments hindered by lacking a reliable bus schedule and route to their destination.Unusable. On launch, the app crashes and closes instantly (after uninstall/reinstall, etc).

3. Fix it and I'll update my rating.Never accurate... When a bus is running more than a couple minutes behind it falls off the list like it showed up.

4. If metro was smart they would fund one bus away. The planner gives good information on all modes of public transpotation unless there are planned reroutes or alerts. As I write this review, there is a parade rerouting at least 5 routes.

5. Major debugging needed.Mostly I like this app but there's one issue that infuriates me because it creates unnecessary and time-consuming difficulty when I'm trying to plan a trip.

6. Arrived at 8:10 for an 8:12 bus which showed on time... Bus never came (people at stop had been there before me) at 8:14 the bus falls off the timeline.

7. Same app when I downloaded years ago.....time to do some work over there!crashes everytime I even open the app.

8. If it starts working as expected, attempting to view the trip on the map crashes the program.

9. When I'm entering a location the app will suddenly fill in a location that's NOT where I'm trying to go, before I can finish typing my desired location, and I have to undo this erroneous location, that has nothing to do with where I want to go, and very cautiously retype my location.

10. I try to use the trip planner to go from one address (my work) to another (home) and the plan trip button is greyed out.

11. The one redeeming feature is that it shows some options that Gmaps doesn't (and doesn't show some options Gmaps does).
