Besides that I think it is a great app.Actually this app is pretty good and helpful and thank you so much for this amazing app, but there's just one issue: when I use the Auto option it erases all the white/green backround but it just leaves some white edges on the drawing or whatever we want to erase the background for so please fix this because this app is really helpful and good and if you fixed this one problem it will be perfect.

2. thx for listening to my ted talkI loved this appt for years..but today it all changed and doesnt work as good as it has in the past..i would give it one star now.. I am looking for something better ,then i will delete it.. if something isn't broken ,you shouldn't fix it.Easy and simple to use and functions really well with no crashing and all that good stuff.

3. Now the Auto option under eraser gets rid of everything before I select what I want it to erase.What the hell is this? The developer abandoned the project? Now auto removes EVERYTHING for no reason and for a long time as well.

4. Bit hard to get clean cuts like some apps provide but in situations where I only need the background removed quickly and its all one colour its definately handyI find it very easy to use for editing photos and stuff like that.

5. "Auto" option now removes the entire picture, which parts of the image you already erased changes when zooming, and the undo function also removes the entire picture.

6. A tad annoying getting the "please review us" pop up every time I open my phone but hey ho the app is good regardless.

7. It isn't hard to use but when i go out of the app or turn my phone for a while the picture that i had been editing goes away.

8. I'm not sure what sort of "update" this was, but it has to go down as the worst update in the history of mobile apps.

1. Fix Background Eraser Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Background Eraser: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Background Eraser App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Background Eraser" » Open Background Eraser » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Background Eraser » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Background Eraser app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Background Eraser servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Background Eraser" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Background Eraser app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Background Eraser might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Background Eraser. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Background Eraser then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Background Eraser not working

2. Fix Background Eraser Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Background Eraser be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Background Eraser not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Background Eraser may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
