1. It would be one of the greatest apps if that problem was solved.This app has problems.. I have tried it and even installed and uninstalled again and again to see if the problem persist, and the problem still persist.. whenever I want to search a drama my screen goes blank i.e white color screen and and on apps home screen I am not able to see any drama, it just shows me it's loading...The app is alright, but i wish they could upload the episodes on some series sooner...ive been waiting for three days for them to upload the next episode (which has already come out on other places but I can't find any subbed).

2. Please fix the issue as soon as possible if there is no technical issue this app is very better than other apps .When I first downloaded this app, it was working well and smooth, but after a while it started to show a white screen and wouldn't play.

I would have given a 5 star rating, based on how smoothly it worked for 2 days but now it's troubling alot.The app was pretty good minus literal rainy days when it wouldn't connect with the internet but now it's stopped working, constantly showing me a black screen rather than opening, I've deleted and redownloaded it several times but it's not working.

1. Fix DramaCool Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DramaCool: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DramaCool App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DramaCool" » Open DramaCool - Watch Asian Drama Free » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DramaCool » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DramaCool - Watch Asian Drama Free app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DramaCool servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DramaCool - Watch Asian Drama Free" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DramaCool app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DramaCool might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DramaCool. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DramaCool then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DramaCool not working

2. Fix DramaCool Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DramaCool be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DramaCool not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DramaCool may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
