1. I have seen same issue is faced by others as well.Well after 2 days the app slowed down and stop working for few hours and after 3 days of using this app, the app has stop working completely and only shows black - blank screen with only working.

2. The app either takes a long time to load or has a grey screen the whole time.I installed this app 2 weeks ago... and it was working fine and absolutely loved the dramas.

4. Please figure out this problemIt works fine....but sometimes when you use the search option the screen all of a sudden goes blank and it keeps on happening the same way for day or three.

11. I thought there might be a problem that i did not understand so i uninstalled the app and re-installed the app and guess what ... it did not work 😒.

1. Fix DramaCool Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DramaCool: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DramaCool App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DramaCool" » Open DramaCool - Asian Drama Free » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DramaCool » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DramaCool - Asian Drama Free app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DramaCool servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DramaCool - Asian Drama Free" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DramaCool app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DramaCool might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DramaCool. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DramaCool then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DramaCool not working

2. Fix DramaCool Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DramaCool be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DramaCool not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DramaCool may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
