Why should I report an Issue with Viki: Asian Dramas & Movies?

1. Usually have had no issues with this app, but lately I've had to restart several times to get the app to work...also the subtitles are faster to read.. I enjoy the shows..I live in the the US and I will say these shows are more enjoyable then more then half the shows here now and movies.. I've laughed till I've hurt and cried a great many times.

2. Also it wouldn't play the actual episodes after the first episode, and got stuck in a weird loop of playing the intro over and over, no matter what I tried to do to fix it.

4. However, I refuse to pay for an app that constantly crashes on both my phone and smart TV.When I opened the app for the first time, I was excited to see the dramas I can finally watch on my phone instead of laptop.

5. if not, I might consider just canceling and going with another app that provides this option.It kept saying that I had reached my "screen limit," even though I have only ever used my phone.

6. Please fix this!It's good HOWEVER if you close the app when an episode has a few minutes left and then open the app again, it'll either go back to the beginning or go to the previous episode.

7. But as soon as I tried to play one of my favorite dramas, there was terrible video quality and TERRRIBLE LAG.

8. If it crashes during an ad , it starts them over and puts you back at the beginning of the episode, so if you fast forward, you have to watch more ads.

9. To go back and forth between episodes you have to click the menu in a certain way so you don't automatically restart the episode you watched last.

10. I tried with many other shows but the same thing happened.

11. You can only stream on 1 device, and it takes a few minutes for this app to realize that you turned off one device so you're stuck waiting for it to sync up.

1. Fix Viki Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Viki: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Viki App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Viki" » Open Viki: Asian Dramas & Movies » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Viki » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Viki: Asian Dramas & Movies app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Viki servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Viki: Asian Dramas & Movies" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Viki app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Viki might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Viki. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Viki then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Viki not working

2. Fix Viki Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Viki be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Viki not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Viki may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
