1. Once you read the rules for an ok photo, it's very good, although I have wood walls (not allowed! Foudre a white one though...) and saves, for me , a 50km car trip! The photos are typical id photos, so I look pretty lousy, I don't know if it's the same for all, but it's looking lousy cheaper at home, than in a photo booth, where I look just as bad! Waiting for my postal I'd now, so I'll update ...I was charged twice and after multiple takes not one photo was usable according to them with mostly silly reasons like lighting/smartphone clarity, a different reason each time.

2. However process seemed to work OK including retaking of photo when original was rejected.I received very high quality service for as little as 5 euros without having to go to the photographer for the visa renewal process.

3. After around 6 or 7 being rejected for every reason possible I now cant even get to retake another without paying again! Terrible ***Amended... hours after, I received another email confirming that my photo had been validated.

4. Why have a photo service if you can't point out what's wrong before you charge the customer? The app needs a revamp else it's a gross waste of money and time.

5. So all good and worked eventually but is a difficult site to use, just have to persevere .Only seemed to work in selfie mode which makes things a bit difficult when trying to frame yourself.

6. Update : 1 of the photos was finally approved and they refunded 1 payment.Only seems to work in Selfie mode where it is very difficult to hold your arm steady.

7. After paying 5euros I received several conflicting messages saying my photo was valid, then not valid.

8. Only wish I'd used before I wasted €6 on a photo booth pic which didn't work.

9. The code is working.. 👍Great and easy to useI you have faced a problem and didn't receive the ephoto don't hesitate to contact the customer service.

10. I think this is a good idea for an app but there are some bugs.It does what it says - I got the pictures as an attachment to an email and also via post and they were accepted straight away for a passport application.

1. Fix ePhoto France Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ePhoto France: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ePhoto France App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ePhoto France" » Open ePhoto France » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ePhoto France » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ePhoto France app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ePhoto France servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ePhoto France" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ePhoto France app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ePhoto France might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ePhoto France. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ePhoto France then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ePhoto France not working

2. Fix ePhoto France Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ePhoto France be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ePhoto France not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ePhoto France may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
