Why should I report an Issue with Ephoto 360 - Photo Effects?

1. App has some nice features but every time I try to save a photo from my PHOTO library in one of the frames a box pops up with message that app has stopped working, and do I want to report it.

2. Please fix this issue! Then I will come back to change my rating.This app appears to have great potential, BUT, I cannot say for certain because every time I open it, I get "something went wrong" or something about a connection error.

3. There are ads but they don't get in your face, I tend to read them if they're less intrusive, the ones that drive you mad that take up the whole screen I won't even look at.Edit: Back to normal, A++ .-----. This has been absolutely amazing.

1. Fix Ephoto 360 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ephoto 360: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ephoto 360 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ephoto 360" » Open Ephoto 360 - Photo Effects » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ephoto 360 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ephoto 360 - Photo Effects app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ephoto 360 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ephoto 360 - Photo Effects" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ephoto 360 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ephoto 360 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ephoto 360. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ephoto 360 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ephoto 360 not working

2. Fix Ephoto 360 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ephoto 360 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ephoto 360 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ephoto 360 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
