1. Thanks for providing such great feature for free.when it's works it's good but it never ever loads!! I have 3600+ on ig and it never ever loads all mt followers I have to sit here n close it and re open it constantly cos it just stops loading and fetching data but it won't let me refresh it because its 'fetching data' even tho I've left it open for 10 minutes and it just gets stuck on one number.

2. Remember don't take free for granted.The app itself does what it says and works great but instantly after using it, I got locked out of my instagram account and now I don't know if I'll be able to recover it.

3. App loads, accepts my Instagram Login, displays the Summety/Analysis Screen, says that it is scanning my data but a day later it is still spinning it's wheels and has not found any data.Installed the app yesterday afternoon and used without issue - very useful features in fact.

4. I used this app and a minute later when I head back to insta, I'm locked out of my account because "I logged in at a suspicious act = phishing" App is a scam!!! no wonder why its super slow in getting your counts!!I love this app already I just downloaded it but the only con is that it's a little slow and can be unresponsive.

5. I am broadly happy with the level of information I'm getting from an ad-based app, but there's still some room for improvementIt stops short of the full package: Doesn't scan all photos on my profile, stats of likes given are completely incorrect among several inconsistencies.

9. A bit slow to load data in the beginning but anyways realtime speed is not expected for this functionality.

10. I was wasting my time downloading other apps with "purchase in app" that everything that I wanna know I had to pay for.

11. You can see who blocked you who unfollowed and everything like that all for free so don't be mad bcz of the mass amounts of ads...bills have to be paid yuh know.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Insights Issues

1. Fix Insights Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Insights: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Insights App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Insights" » Open Insights - Follow Analyzer for Instagram » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Insights » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Insights - Follow Analyzer for Instagram app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Insights servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Insights - Follow Analyzer for Instagram" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Insights app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Insights might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Insights. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Insights then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Insights not working


2. Fix Insights Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Insights be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Insights not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Insights may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
