1. When checked in Jagannatha Hora, it shows varied ascendant for most of the MD and AD's entry chart.I might pay $1-2 per feature, but I'm not even considering paying $7-12.
2. No option to cancel, close or delete your profile, and you cant even change certain info in your profile without signing up for a paid membership, which is nonsense.
3. My fault for signing up, for sure, but there should still be an option to delete your info.The app is pretty difficult to use and if you decide to pay for the monthly subscription I don't even understand what you get with that.
4. I'm not saying it's too expensive, I'm saying I thought I purchased everything multiple times, and then there's something else that says, "Buy this." The average person doesn't know what all this stuff is.
5. Go for any mahadasha's starting chart and it's fixed to open in the specific ascendant only.
6. They make it extremely hard for you to cancel your subscription and all the in-app purchases are very very expensive.I just don't understand this app.
7. They say an in-person astrologer would be comparably priced...but this isn't the same thing! What you get with a live person is a whole lot more than just calculations and scripted answers.
8. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months now and they claim that it is $6 but yet it comes out to $8 the least.
9. Entry chart is fixed for a specific ascendant.
10. I purchased and thought that now I can utilize all the features but almost all the features are locked and I have to buy it.
11. Refused refund for a lookalike feature i didn't want.

Hello I have lifetime membership of COSMIC INSIGHT. App also have purchased many features into it. I have purchased that aprox year ago. Most of the time app dont work .. It even dont start up.. Once in a while i could use it because most of the time it is freezed.. ANd NOW since 2 weeks I am trying to access it and it is NOT AT ALL starting up .. I am extreamly frustrated with this app. I need you to fix that issue asap OR refund my lifetieme membership .
