Why should I report an Issue with Looping - Family calendar?

The app has made keeping track of everything so easy for my partner and I however I'm very disappointed with the most recent update having removed the 1 Month calander view for the widget and only having the schedule view.Latest update isn't sending me push notifications when a new event is added - only when it's a reminder.Good app with good group features for family planning but could be better.

2. However I'm a little disappointed with the view of the 'Month View' widget, it looks half finished and doesn't fill up the page with the blank white areas at the bottom, this could be filled with the first few dates of the next month.

3. The only issue I currently experience is the phone widget - currently the widget does not automatically update when items are added or changed or even when the date changes.

4. Minus one star because there is a premium version.Buggy, flicks back to the beginning of the month, sometimes doesn't save an update or saves something different to the update input.

5. Only issue, when I have it as a widget on my home screen... When I swipe down to return to current date, the swipe down function of my phone is to search apps.

6. Also, a big downside is it only shows 2 events on each day on the monthly view so you cant see everything that is planned from this view and can miss things.

7. 24 HOUR CLOCK: meaning you can't accidentally set it for 1AM instead of 1PM FEW ADS: no incredibly disruptive ads even on the free version.Awesome basic version.

8. This means you have to refresh it manually to view an updated calendar each day which is not ideal.

9. It is really slow at times and crashes a lot and when you try to move months a lot of the time you have to swipe the screen multiple times before it moves.

10. On a whole it does everything it say on the tin 👍🏻I rate things based on my experience of it being the best I have experienced.

1. Fix Looping Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Looping: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Looping App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Looping" » Open Looping - Family calendar » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Looping » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Looping - Family calendar app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Looping servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Looping - Family calendar" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Looping app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Looping might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Looping. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Looping then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Looping not working

2. Fix Looping Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Looping be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Looping not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Looping may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
