1. Looked like it had the potential to be a great app, but didn't work, which is a major flaw!So useful! Helped us no end on our trip to Paris! Helped us navigate the metro with confidence, highly recommend!Does not know of station closures, sends you on routes that don't work.

1. Fix Paris Metro Map Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Paris Metro Map: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Paris Metro Map App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Paris Metro Map" » Open Paris Metro Map - Route Plan » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Paris Metro Map » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Paris Metro Map - Route Plan app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Paris Metro Map servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Paris Metro Map - Route Plan" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Paris Metro Map app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Paris Metro Map might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Paris Metro Map. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Paris Metro Map then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Paris Metro Map not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Paris Metro Map be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
