1. The perfect companion for students like myself to stay connected with faculty, access assignments and due dates, and pretty much everything that you do on the computer student portal! The notifications are among my favorite advantages of this app and it has been a tremendous help in making sure I don't forget anything, as I have a problem with doing quite often.Since they redesigned the app Ive had nothing but problems with it.

2. So I have been switching over to Google Chrome browser instead of using the window view.Prior to the update the app was very useful and easy to navigate.

3. I can not get into my classes.My experience with CTU's mobile app has been very good...although, I feel sometimes that the instructions for the assignments can be a little vague or could be a little more detailed and informative.

4. However, I also feel that using the Intellipath technique is a great idea...it is very clear and informative, but also very personalized and successful technique for all of us.

5. Also, if messaging and announcements are missing then that is a bummer...I liked the apps ease of use for this.Doesn't include class materials or school notifications.

6. The student success coaches helped me quite a bit, then, I was ableto start using it on my own on a regular basis.I miss the CTU dashboard for phones.

7. I have tried multiple android devices with the newest software and every one of those devices end up losing my post or reply by moving unnecessarily down the page before deleting my post.

9. This has been going on since last year and we desperately need a patch.

10. I also noticed that a lot of the instructors are having trouble with using the zoom.

11. Other than these issues, it works just fine.The app works fine and everything & I am in Computer Science at CTU.

1. Fix CTU Student Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CTU Student: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CTU Student App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CTU Student" » Open CTU Student Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CTU Student » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CTU Student Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CTU Student servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CTU Student Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CTU Student app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CTU Student might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CTU Student. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CTU Student then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CTU Student not working

2. Fix CTU Student Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CTU Student be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CTU Student not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CTU Student may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
