1. Submissions are better produced on computers, though you may find yourself with only access to your mobile device, which the advisors and professors can help you submit with the app as well.Great app, though I wish it would stay as a running background process instead of forgetting that you're logged in when returning to it after doing intellipath or ZYBook, & needing to be closed & relaunched if you dislike typing the password each time so you use the thumbprint scanner.very navigatible, goes smoothly into next lesson, and ultimately puts all the aspects of my school experience within easy reach.

2. Definitely the edge the student on the go needs,I love this app!! Only thing is it would lock me out while using the same password that I have been! In turn I was locked out during a very crucial time to get my grade up to where I wanted it to be.

3. Also in Intellipath, moving images and/or marking the location of something doesn't always work correctly.Being a student at American Intercontinental University has been great.

4. Also tech support over seas kept dropping my call and could barely hear themWas able to work full time and get through my Freshman year, mostly from using my phone.

5. Without out the AIU Student Mobile app, I would have struggled so bad that I may not have been able to finish my first class, definitely not have made the Dean's list.

6. The only thing difficult about the platform was that when I was notified about an assignment that was added, instead of taking me straight to it when I tap the notification and sign in, I had to scroll through the list of assignments and find what had been added.

7. Can't wait to get back at it.It's an app that is affiliated with my online school, which has made my experience with continuing my education so much easier and proficient.

8. When typing in the app for the discussion board or to send messages, letters will get added when backspacing or when using predictive text.

9. I had to use only this app while I was doing two classes at once and it was absolutely a cinch to get my work done with ease, and once I got my Chromebook I still went to use the app for certain things I need to do.

10. I cleared my cookies, double checked my data, and nothing has worked it's very frustrating.The app is decent for getting work done on the go.

11. Technical Support always gives advanced notice when you may experience technical issues.

1. Fix AIU Student Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AIU Student: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AIU Student App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AIU Student" » Open AIU Student Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AIU Student » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AIU Student Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AIU Student servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AIU Student Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AIU Student app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AIU Student might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AIU Student. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AIU Student then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AIU Student not working

2. Fix AIU Student Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AIU Student be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AIU Student not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AIU Student may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
