1. This is an essential app to ease the crossing of boarder, but creates confusion and stress not wondering if this morning they will allow me to cross.My app is not working, it only show results of the DPI.
2. My phone is not rooted and every other government apps are working without any issues, Alhosn is not.
3. And when trying to get the issue sorted out (the app crashing on my phone and regarding my information not being updated when using the app on another phone) there clearly seems to be no clear cut solution.
4. when I double click or press the “open” button from the apps list it just goes to the first screen displays "ALHOSN" and nothing else.
5. Tried contacting through WhatsApp, email and the hotline number which clearly was to no avail.I have downloaded this app 2 times.
6. Absolute waste of time!!You've changed my passport number without my consent therefore this "official" document is useless due to YOUR mistake.
7. Created an account for my dad to check his results for swab test at a drive through centre which he took in the last week of May 2020.
8. The app has stopped working, it is showing 'an error has occurred (could not load user's information.
9. Government needs the app to cross the checkpoint and its placing unnecessary stress on me as I fear I will not be able to go to work.
10. No response when you call, your email inbox is full, and your application fixes don't work.
11. On re opening, it keeps going back to the home screen and the message "Alhosn keeps stopping" appears.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix ALHOSN UAE Issues
