Not happy...Worst app........i would also suggest u not to purchase lg webos tv it doesn't have features....u can't download any other app ...play Store is also not available.....and lg content store doesn't show any helpful app it just show the worst app which u can't even only u can use in this lg tv is utube & Netflix...u can't even download any other app through other link ...it just shows file not supported I think I have the worst experience with this lg webos tv.....Very bad app because I installed for my LG Web OS but it's not showing in this app and my android tv automatically already connected with my wifi so what's need in Android tv, that's why it's wrost app and also payment is deducted right now and not refund policy here.I have had this app awhile, its fine until I changed my phone.

2. Many bugs to be worked out on chromebooksWaste of time and space on phone 📱 Just have the paid version available instead of having people download a free version that is USELESS to upsale to the actual version people can useThis thing doesn't work with my Android TV.

3. But this app was just a waste of time as it wouldn't even cast any video... 》》》 I was trying to reproduce small videos from my phone, between 1 and 10 mins.

4. Now, on my replacement phone, despite following the instructions to get back my purchased items, which were all of them! I have a choice of Pro or Ultimate versions? How do I know which one I have? I get a free trial, upgrade it with everything two years ago, then it just repeats, wanting me to pay again, it clearly indicates all items purchased.

5. This set of apps are worthless.Sketchy at most! Freezes, looses connection, can't find my tv! Very irritated at the whole Casting system! Post-Script: Although I'm still not a huge fan of the app, I did find that an update had been done on my T.V. After Uninstalling that update, it works better.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix TV Cast Issues

1. Fix TV Cast Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart TV Cast: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the TV Cast App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TV Cast" » Open TV Cast for Android TV » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TV Cast » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear TV Cast for Android TV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TV Cast servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TV Cast for Android TV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check TV Cast app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TV Cast might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall TV Cast. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TV Cast then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TV Cast not working


2. Fix TV Cast Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TV Cast be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TV Cast not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TV Cast may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
