Why should I report an Issue with Screener - Better Screenshots?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Toastcode to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Would highly recommend.Devices available are outdated by ~1+ year as of this rating... Its not a great app but it is easy to use... Obviously a photo editing app with layers would do better, but this app takes care of a lot of the steps for you.

2. Dripping to 2 stars.Previously (old UI): 5 stars Now (new UI/background option): 1 star App is very very unstable now, it uses a wayyy too large background (can't be switched off so manual crop needed every time).

3. Even with the existing issues, I'd gladly give this a 5 star rating if they added the newer versions of the OnePlus series.Great app.

4. The only other problem is that when I try a landscape screenshot it crops it making it unusable.Straightforward v useful app for making screenshots for the Play Store.

5. App is also really slow.The app always shrinks my screenshot instead of using the original resolution due to which the rendered image looks stretched and weird.

7. HiShoot is better.App hasn't been updated in a year and a half and is consequently missing phone models that have come out in that time period.

8. As many people have already said, it would be great if you guys could update the app considering it's 2021 now although it seems that the project has been deserted.

9. I also like how the background color automatically picks the main colors inside the screenshot and adjusts according to it.

10. Take the screenshot, tap share, choose Screener and it opens the app with your screenshot in a phone frame.

11. I emailed Toastcode asking for pixel 3 xl templates and within 5 mins I had an email back letting me know in the next update this would a feature.

1. Fix Screener Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Screener: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Screener App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Screener" » Open Screener - Better Screenshots » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Screener » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Screener - Better Screenshots app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Screener servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Screener - Better Screenshots" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Screener app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Screener might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Screener. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Screener then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Screener not working

2. Fix Screener Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Screener be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Screener not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Screener may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
