1. Good app but no longer works on new android versions, very sad 😭very good for students like me thanks to developer just a suggestion make a widget on which I'll click and a timer gets started in background for a particular time (which is already set in settings of app) for shut down.

3. I tried this to find that my System UI stopped working and I was left with a black screen when I turned my phone back on after testing.This app worked as it's supposed to.

4. But i wont give it a poor rating for my own downfall, im sure it works great for rooted devices.Please add Auto run after boot, so it's automatically repeated.

1. Fix AutoOff Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AutoOff: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AutoOff App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AutoOff" » Open AutoOff - Shutdown Timer ROOT » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AutoOff » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AutoOff - Shutdown Timer ROOT app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AutoOff servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AutoOff - Shutdown Timer ROOT" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AutoOff app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AutoOff might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AutoOff. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AutoOff then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AutoOff not working

2. Fix AutoOff Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AutoOff be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AutoOff not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AutoOff may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
