My phone's power button is dying from old age, and it's almost not possible to hold it pressed down... Thank you dear developer! You just added few more years to the phone's lifetime! 2. It simply brings up the power menu that normally comes up when I hold down my power button, exactly as it says.Works just as I wanted, just simply tap the shut down button on the screen and it pops up the menu to turn phone off or restart it without having to hit the power button.

2. Update the Shutdown (no Root) App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Shutdown (no Root)" » Open Shutdown (no Root) » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Shutdown (no Root) » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Shutdown (no Root) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Shutdown (no Root) servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Shutdown (no Root)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Shutdown (no Root) app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Shutdown (no Root) might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Shutdown (no Root). If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Shutdown (no Root) then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Shutdown (no Root) not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Shutdown (no Root) be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
