1. Please add a home page for the user to choose...just like in the BVG app! Then the evaluation follows.Does not warn you when something on your planned route changes...took us to a station just to find out one train was cancelled, had to go back for half to the last station we exchanged trains at...Not in English.

2. Maybe that wasn't the case 2 years ago but now this app provides English language too.Ich hatte schon per Mail geschrieben dass Sie bitte die Öffnungsseite weglassen... diese gefühlten 5sec nerven.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix S-Bahn Berlin Issues

1. Fix S-Bahn Berlin Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart S-Bahn Berlin: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the S-Bahn Berlin App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "S-Bahn Berlin" » Open S-Bahn Berlin » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for S-Bahn Berlin » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear S-Bahn Berlin app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from S-Bahn Berlin servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "S-Bahn Berlin" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check S-Bahn Berlin app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, S-Bahn Berlin might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall S-Bahn Berlin. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall S-Bahn Berlin then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing S-Bahn Berlin not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make S-Bahn Berlin be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
