5. You can also use the app to hire a bike from StadtRAD Hamburg and Lüneburg as well as RegioRadStuttgart.
6. You can pause your journey: simply activate it in the app and close the bike lock.
7. You can also redeem voucher codes, report damage and manage your customer account here.
8. You can view the details and costs of your journeys in your bookings at any time.
9. A total of 13,000 bikes are available in over 80 cities.
10. All bikes are displayed on an interactive map in the app.
11. Do you like the app or do you have feedback for us?
1. It get's even worse when you don't know the exact location of the bike and have to search for it...I've been had a one year subscription for the service which I now cancelled.
2. And with the fact that you are charged 10 euro to park the bike not on the parking slot this service is a scam. The app does not tell you where the stations are.
3. When returning the bike I got a notification about a 1€ flex fee, but I parked it at a train station where Google Maps indicated a Call a Bike.
4. 2) A Flex fee of 1 EUR is ALWAYS charged for each ride, despite of returning the bike to the exact bike station indicated on the map.
5. On multiple occasions the all showed the wrong unlock code for the bike I rented and I had to context costumer support.
6. We'll done DBVery unintuitive! Only clicking on a bike and it's already rented without asking the user for confirmation.
7. They lock the account even when there is positive credit in the account! Just astounding. The App is getting worse after recent major update.
8. It happens far too often that one cannot rent _any_ bike for no obvious reason.
9. You would then need to find the bike and lock it manually so it can get returned successfully.
10. Apparently the bike positions don't update for a long time.
11. P.S.: I changed name of the app to "not use" and kept it on the phone just in case I forgot about the bad experience and to avoid ever using it againSimple to use.
