1. The app now only works for Hamburg city - not even for the metropolitan region! Now you need two apps for Hamburg and Lüneburg, for example.Renting a bike doesn't work just as often as it does.

2. There're sometimes issues in connections, ghost bikes which're shown in app but are not available at stations and once I couldn't return a bike.

3. The problems with this "service" are manifold: bikes are shown as available that aren't at the station in some cases or are then shown as defect when trying to open them after booking them in the app.

4. You return the bike at the station and lock it but it still shows itself active in the application so you call hotline.

5. In dark theme, the bike number (in dark blue color) is not visible clearly, try changing the colors with better contrast.Love the service and have used it since day 1.

6. With a map you can easily locate bikes, check availability, select the bike from a list or by number.

7. You hire the bike but it doesn't unlock itself and you have to call hotline.

8. It's a scamI love the new look but there are a few suggestions: 1.Map fix : There is an offset of all bike station positions .

1. Fix StadtRAD Hamburg Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart StadtRAD Hamburg: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the StadtRAD Hamburg App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "StadtRAD Hamburg" » Open StadtRAD Hamburg » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for StadtRAD Hamburg » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear StadtRAD Hamburg app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from StadtRAD Hamburg servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "StadtRAD Hamburg" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check StadtRAD Hamburg app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, StadtRAD Hamburg might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall StadtRAD Hamburg. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall StadtRAD Hamburg then reinstall.
