1. I ran into a problem with a seller and the C.S department is always replying and trying to help me.The worst customer service i have ever experienced be aware what to order item are never exchanged non refundable you get ur item and never reply to you very bad service and prices are doubled then other platforms 👎👎👎👎Started with good prices, and now overpriced.. but u can still find some good deals.
2. Zoodmall needs to improve their system for approving installment purchases or risk losing customersThere are only 2 options in address if one is resident of KPK: Peshawar and Shabqadr! So I scrolled through many items and when I thought of putting in my address in the app, I was amazed while clicking the address drop down menu!Over priced and extremely trapping way of advertising things.

The best thing about the app is that u can pay by installment (not everything) and the cash on delivery option, and ofc u can find almost everything and its easy to use but i would like to be able to message the seller to ask some questions before buying any product.DO NOT DOWNLOAD At first, their online payment system stopped working, and they still penalized me TWICE despite the fact that it's THEIR system not working, and not me being late to payments.
4. About a year later I decided to give them another shot, ordered a bunch of stuff using installments, the most expensive item was not shipped from the seller, zood canceled my order, and STILL want to charge me for it and refused a refund.
5. Now I can't pay the remaining instalment, and I can't order another new item.I have been using this app for a long time, everything is good but the customer service is excellent.
