1. I will find another appI prefer the old version! The app is no longer free! I need to subscribe to translate what's on my screen and there's a limit to translate too! You make the app completely trash 👎👎👎👎This app is useless ever since it started getting more customers it started misbehaving when you write a very long words and you want to translate it Then it would translate everything to "type message " which means you have to start typing everything again I won't give it any star.

2. Rubbish This app is still giving tough time if you feel too big to do a better work let us know so we can look for an alternative what rubbish is this you can write a whole 200 words and when you translate it show pIt's been terrible since the previous update.

3. We have also experienced frequent crashes and freezes etcThe hover icon works once after I install, then when I close app and reopen, it never works again even when I give it permission to float over other apps and also give permission to read my screen.

4. Looking forward for improvements in future, all the best.This application is very great because if you don't know English you can learn a lot from it and it can help you learn grammar from it too I have used a lot of English translation applications.

6. Normally I drag the search icon to my text and it converts the text to the language I want.

7. The color of the blue text needs to change to black because it is easier to read and it is okay if you increase the text size a little.

1. Fix Hi Translate Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hi Translate: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hi Translate App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hi Translate" » Open Hi Translate - Chat translator » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hi Translate » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hi Translate - Chat translator app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hi Translate servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hi Translate - Chat translator" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hi Translate app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hi Translate might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hi Translate. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hi Translate then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hi Translate not working

2. Fix Hi Translate Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hi Translate be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hi Translate not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hi Translate may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
