1. Free VPNs services are infinite and better speed and connection than this, but you defraud your clients base ruining the app and then selling the "solution" I don't have and order ID or Payment screenshot, we use playstore to manage that.after having pro version for a year, now ads are back and requesting for a new purchase for ad-free experience.
2. Now they want again money for removing ads and faster connection.I get the version without ads like two years ago and it worked, now they "update" the app with new intrusive ads, useless service speed and you need to pay for a fix, again? I can pay, but maybe you will "update" next month and ask for money every time.
3. I have some other VPN apps which work just fine every time when this one fails, so it makes this one pretty useless.I paid a year ago for the add-free version, but after some of the recent app updates, it reverted back to the basic app and is asking me to pay again for an add-free version.
4. Expecting a prompt resolution of this issue or a full refundIt was good at first but then a year later, it began slowing down, even when I connected to their "ultra" servers.
5. Why is that ? If I had known I never would of purchased this app to begin with that's fraud and false advertising and if you don't correct this error I will follow up with the Better Business Bureau.SCAM! I purchased the ad free in 2021 and have receipt to prove it.
6. Thanks. This VPN Pro I was satisfied I hap Purchased the full version!!! But now you're trying to charge me again for full service.
7. The recent problem prevents access to the internet due to some DNS issue despite having a visible steady connection.
8. But performance isn't upto the mark, most of the time vpn doesn't connect.
9. Do not buy.Frequently unavailable, works only from time to time until the server issue is fixed again and again, time after time.
10. The list of servers would very often just outright not load at all - stuck in a perpetual loop, and the connection process can be very buggy.
11. So I checked mine and sure enough, these scammers added ads back to my "Pro ad free version".
