Why should I report an Issue with SNAPSTAR™ STUDIO?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. A thing that would be cool to see in the app whould be 'colored contacts' option so you can costomize your dolls picture a bit more.I think the concept is cool, green screen worked once but I try to use it again, it jus didn't do anything!! I tried 1 hair piece on her and I could'nt try another for some reason it jus did'nt want to work!! I tried the glasses and was able to move it around to make it sit right on her face.

2. When it does actually snap picture, it is only on the "green screen" function nothing on the "preset" or "normal" modes, work for taking pictures.I love the snapstar dolls but the new updated App not at all to be honest.

3. I really wish they bring the original old version of the app back because it allowed me for example to use any background from my photo gallery on my phone and it just worked way smoother then this one ! Also you were able to preview how the background looks before taking a picture.

4. The text worked well with being able to move it around and make bigger and smaller!! I like the doll, looks like me!! I think it's a great buy the doll, is very articulated but the app needs work!😌The how to videos in the tutorials don't work on app.

5. The rest of the app works fine and I really enjoy it! The dolls are awesome so I bought 3 of them and I will get the other 3 later!🤗❤👍My phone is a Blu VIVO XI + and your app is not supported by my phone and because of this my daughter cannot fully enjoy her birthday present.

6. Also you cannot zoom in or ok so pic in not great.Daughters were so excited by these dolls and app but the app freezes, crashes or doesn't work at all.

7. Not to mention you were also able to use pictures that you use from your phone gallery of you Snapstars and then implement them in the app!!!after I take a photo it stretches it out widthwise and makes it look goofy.

8. Trying to explain to your daughter's that they can't use the gift they just got, it would be easier to just not buy this sort of thing in the future.I would have prefered to be able to keep both versions of the app instead of loosing the first.

9. App starts up but doesn't save creations, refuses to find dolls face even with proper lighting.

10. The dolls are fab but no point putting in the greenscreen in the box as app does not work properly.

11. The camera needs a timer function and a flash when not in green screen mode.Not impressed with the app.

1. Fix SNAPSTAR Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SNAPSTAR: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SNAPSTAR App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SNAPSTAR" » Open SNAPSTAR™ STUDIO » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SNAPSTAR » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SNAPSTAR™ STUDIO app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SNAPSTAR servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SNAPSTAR™ STUDIO" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SNAPSTAR app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SNAPSTAR might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SNAPSTAR. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SNAPSTAR then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SNAPSTAR not working

2. Fix SNAPSTAR Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SNAPSTAR be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SNAPSTAR not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SNAPSTAR may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
