Why should I report an Issue with Piano Academy - Learn Piano?

1. Access to static sheet music or a rewind button would be great.Having fun & learning a lot quickly but every time a lesson pops up where I have to push 2 keys at the same time, I have to do so over & over again making horrid noises just for it to register, then it decides whether or not it's going to take it, which makes it almost impossible to get through the lesson, preventing me from getting through to the next step, please for the love of God fix that or insert a bypass at the very least!It has been counting more and more notes wrong to the point where I played every note right and it counted EVERY note wrong.

2. Doesn't hear what I'm playing.) A lot of the time, it doesn't pick up the notes I'm playing, and it's REALLY annoying.2. It jumps really far.) It sometimes gives me lessons that are pretty easy, and then jumps immediately to really hard ones.

3. For two, it's having a hard time hearing my keyboard, it keeps thinking I'm pressing the wrong notes when I'm doing everything right because it can't hear well.

4. If you plug it directly in to something it seems like it'd be nice but for me I am setting my phone on the keyboard and letting it pick up audio.. it just doesn't do a good job of itWell executed, but has some issues.

5. The only issue is that there's no way to practice a specific difficult section of a song except to start the whole thing over again; further exacerbated by some songs beginning with 10+ seconds of silence.

6. A great app and piano teacher, but not worth a $20 sub.The virtual piano is a bit small and sometimes I hit the wrong keys.

7. If I could slow down the hard part and try it again at the normal speed It would be a LOT less frustrating.This is a great option for people who can't afford a subscription because it still let's you practice and advance.

9. You can't practice for as long but you have a set amount of time everyday which is a great system.

10. My only grip is how bare bones the app is, no warm up to do before getting into lessons, no library of songs to learn, just lessons and that's it.

1. Fix Piano Academy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Piano Academy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Piano Academy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Piano Academy" » Open Piano Academy - Learn Piano » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Piano Academy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Piano Academy - Learn Piano app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Piano Academy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Piano Academy - Learn Piano" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Piano Academy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Piano Academy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Piano Academy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Piano Academy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Piano Academy not working

2. Fix Piano Academy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Piano Academy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Piano Academy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Piano Academy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
