1. At least I can log in without any trouble, unlike a lot of other people.When Priority health used 2022 app it was so much easier to use and navigate! It's like they took a trip back to the stone age with this app! For as many people that use this app, you would think they would want to make it user friendly for there customers to be able to find what they need, where they need it and save money!!😔Description states there is a product scanner for shopping in the store I can't view it so I can't access it.

2. The app is no longer user friendly! In prior years the app had a scanner that could be used in store to find items that were eligible for purchase.

3. One biometric login capability, two are able to store passwords within the Google account, and three are able to roll balance to the following quarter provided the yearly allotment is used by year-end.

4. The least user friendly app ever.App description on Play Store says latest version is 1.0.8, updated 4-20-2023.

5. It is frustrating when you are in the store trying to use itDon't waste you're time downloading, one of the worst "medical" apps ever! Would give it zero stars if i could.

6. Wouldn't let me setup an account on the app had to go to the website and now won't let me look things up by category without being redirected to the website and having to log back in.

7. IIt is very easy to navigate to find the items you want.

8. If you want information on a product, you cannot go back without logging out of the entire app & starting over at the login.

9. No scanner, even tho Priority Health sent e-mail it was to be added back in Feb or March.

10. Even though the dollar amount of the benefit has increased the cost of items greatly diminishes the purchasing power.

11. Some items are so expensive that you would use up the entire balance on one item ( exampletub rail).So far, so bad.

1. Fix OTC-Anywhere Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart OTC-Anywhere: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the OTC-Anywhere App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "OTC-Anywhere" » Open OTC-Anywhere » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for OTC-Anywhere » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear OTC-Anywhere app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from OTC-Anywhere servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "OTC-Anywhere" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check OTC-Anywhere app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, OTC-Anywhere might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall OTC-Anywhere. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall OTC-Anywhere then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing OTC-Anywhere not working

2. Fix OTC-Anywhere Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make OTC-Anywhere be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to OTC-Anywhere not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, OTC-Anywhere may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
