NJ Child Support Customer Insights

1. At this point its an ok app good enough to just review case information.I enter my info which is correct as I can use it on the web but it doesn't let me sign in.

2. I raised my review to 2 stars, and I will raise it again once the issues are fixed.the app is with all information that is in the website, the bad about this app is that you only get to view portrait mode, when view the screen it automatically cuts your information off the page at the bottom of the page.

3. It says I have multiple contacts that I need to choose one from, but it never shows me those contacts and then just stays on the multiple contacts screen.Incredibly frustrating!! I have to close the app and reopen every time I wanna go to a new tab, and I can't get into any of the subsections on any if the tabs!! Update: I appreciate the developer's quick response in regard to the problems I'm having.

4. If you look at Disbursements to CP, (For example) then want to look at case info or any other options you have to log out then in again for each and every view you would like to observe.

5. The app only allows me to view the info for my first case, but not my 2nd.

6. Not worth it when you can just go to the actual website.Trying to manually pay and it gets stuck after I enter my card information.

7. Its hard to scroll up to view any further information.. i rather just go to the original website.

8. I've entered my card information several times and it doesnt proceed pass payment review.

9. I do like how I can navigate through the different sections of my first case, and it actually showed my second case, I hope I could do the same thing.

10. njchildsupport.App let's you look at 1 item in your case info options, then locks up.

11. Would be a great app if you could view each item without having to sign out and in everytime. The new update caused me to have to delete the app.
