1. It's been awhile, any plans to update?Its stuck on an obselete version that messed up voice controls and astuff, please add an option to update chip.

2. Other people might not have been on the right app before but I have been using chip for years and never had a problem great toy and this is the right app! Also, you can do many things with this app.

3. Leg and body calibrations) you cant access on version 1.0.17 for android, fix already, cant use expensive dog because of thisI have the note 10 and I cannot use the app to control my CHIP.

4. Lots of possiblitys with the app and it adds to the fun.I got CHiP for my birthday and It's a really great app and CHiP is great too but on the Free Roam feature, my CHiP roams around a bunch but then he suddenly stops and I have to put him on Free Roam again.

5. I've emailed wowee before and they said it should be compatible with pixel phones and all the other new versions, but really it's not.This app works the best for chip.

7. If the app updates again I would raise the rating it's just because newer versions on your phone, tablet etc, don't work with the app because chip won't connect if your phone is too new.

8. If you do have a dog then it will entertain both your child and your dog as the dog will chase chip for hours , easy controls and movement but be careful of the wheels.Outdated app.

9. WoWee, is their someway you could make it scan for chippies, or at least make a chippies app?Hey guys, since the latest Pixel 3 update, the app no longer launches, saying it only works on older versions.

10. Other than that, I recommend CHiP because he actually is kind of like a real dog and is super fun!I am a HUGE fan of chip.

1. Fix CHiP Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CHiP: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CHiP App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CHiP" » Open CHiP - Your Lovable Robot Dog » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CHiP » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CHiP - Your Lovable Robot Dog app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CHiP servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CHiP - Your Lovable Robot Dog" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CHiP app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CHiP might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CHiP. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CHiP then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CHiP not working

2. Fix CHiP Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CHiP be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CHiP not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CHiP may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
