1. You don't always qualify for surveys and sometimes only make it halfway through them, but at certain levels, you earn points for each question you did answer, not the typical "you got 95% through this survey but now you're disqualified, here's 5 points for 20 minutes of effort!".

2. I think it would be better if you could cash out at £5 not £10.Just downloaded the app and my experience has been great so far! The polls are addicting and the payouts look very promising.

3. I have fun making my own polls, even though I don't earn points that way.If you are playing for money it takes way too long.

4. £10 is the minimum have contacted them several times, suggesting min withdraw being lowered to £5 considering the surveys are very slow.

6. I feel like a language setting or filter setting for questions would be good, I occasionally get questions in completely different languages.

7. Customer support replied on no surveys, saying they can't control how many come through !! Don't you think you should be able to.

1. Fix Appinio Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Appinio: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Appinio App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Appinio" » Open Appinio - Surveys for Rewards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Appinio » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Appinio - Surveys for Rewards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Appinio servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Appinio - Surveys for Rewards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Appinio app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Appinio might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Appinio. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Appinio then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Appinio not working

2. Fix Appinio Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Appinio be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Appinio not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Appinio may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
