1. On dance setting won't access any music I have on my phone, on internal or external drive!! Other than that daughter loves the toy without the app.The mipasour is great and all but for some reason it don't connect to mine I guess it is old or some thing but I dunno , I tried thap on my friends ( he has the mipasour with the app) and it is 2 controls one to go forward and back wards and another one to turn to the left and right and so on but I think it would be better if it was only one controll because it would be much easier to controll.Any ways the thing itself (the robot) is great but the app does not seem to connect to my mipasour.this adds increased control over the MIPosaur, but app continually crashes and when using forward and backward controls, the backward works correctly, but the forward causes the MIPosaur to go in circles.

2. it's awesome and to all those people who can't connect you need bluetooth on if thats not it then try reinstalling if not there is something wrong with your toy or maybe even your phone? it works great and it does not crash often at all! to anyone who thinks it just goes in circles balance it on its wheels not the transparent partUsing on Android and can't access settings on app, it just crashes.

3. Overall, very glitchy.This game is awsome and to WowWee you did a pretty good job on miposaur! My dog died and i have depresion so this is very great for me! You can leash it play and have fun! The app is just a little crashy but so far its a great game keep it up WowWee!!This item is 8years old.

1. Fix MIPosaur Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MIPosaur: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MIPosaur App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MIPosaur" » Open MIPosaur » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MIPosaur » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MIPosaur app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MIPosaur servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MIPosaur" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MIPosaur app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MIPosaur might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MIPosaur. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MIPosaur then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MIPosaur not working

2. Fix MIPosaur Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MIPosaur be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MIPosaur not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MIPosaur may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
