Like come on, all the other dances cost money and you do get 2 free ones but you cant choose, so its bad enough that you also have to pay to have the same good quality when you export it.Lots of fun...I sometimes use just one person with various facial expressions and the results are pretty funny, never get tired of this app.

2. The photos are also very hard to manipulate into the right positioning, which, when coupled with the lack of free options, made this app very frustrating.It's fine at first, but when you save it to your gallery then the quality sucks and you have to purchase it.

3. This year I open the app and create a video with a dance I've already purchased and when I download it, the quality is terrible.

4. Does anyone else know how to turn off auto renew and remove payment details for this app?I downloaded this app today and on opening it starts with a pop up that looks like it is a registration process, when actually it is an advert.

5. I discovered to get HD version of the video that they want to charge you 4$ in addition to what you already spent on the dance, just to be able to make out the people.

6. The downloaded video is of much poorer quality than the in app demo (viewed in full screen) so it's highly misleading.

7. I wouldn't recommend the purchase if you're seriously considering using it to send messages to friends or family.was great when free.

8. I'll rate it 5 if you fix it.Awful. I got the free dance today but after trying 6 times to share it the app keeps freezing and becoming non-responsive.

9. This is not at all obvious and leads to a fraudulent site that takes bank details and then proceeds to take a small amount of money before then taking much larger amounts through a debit set up.

1. Fix ElfYourself Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ElfYourself: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ElfYourself App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ElfYourself" » Open ElfYourself® » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ElfYourself » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ElfYourself® app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ElfYourself servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ElfYourself®" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ElfYourself app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ElfYourself might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ElfYourself. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ElfYourself then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ElfYourself not working

2. Fix ElfYourself Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ElfYourself be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ElfYourself not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ElfYourself may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
