WorkflowMax Customer Insights

1. The most obvious missing feature is it can't save time entries offline! That one at least gives you an error, but it still throws away your time entry!This app is broken to the point where it's unusable, xero should be ashamed in having it's brand tarnished by this bugged, broken product.

2. A simple sorting of projects doesn't work.Broken. When I edit a time entry for a specific day, it edits entries across other days.

3. I'm using a Samsung S7, if it doesn't work on an S-series phone, it doesn't work.Optimized but lacks a few features Would be nice if we can create a note for the job and add images to it.Error when adding costs.

4. Can edit an existing timesheet entry but cant create new ? Otherwise app seems OK.easy to enter time.

5. Timers running past midnight throw away the time entry without even telling you--not even an error.

6. Interface is completely counterintuitive and I constantly throw time entries away on accident because of it.

7. very functional now that the calendar week can be viewed without crashing the app.Can't log on emailed support email they have changed to a support center now and have to go into another link to sort.

8. When choosing a supplier for a cost, it won't show the whole list e.g. alphabetically down to M.The features are promising on paper.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix WorkflowMax Issues

1. Fix WorkflowMax Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart WorkflowMax: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the WorkflowMax App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WorkflowMax" » Open WorkflowMax » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WorkflowMax » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear WorkflowMax app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WorkflowMax servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WorkflowMax" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check WorkflowMax app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WorkflowMax might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall WorkflowMax. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WorkflowMax then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WorkflowMax not working


2. Fix WorkflowMax Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WorkflowMax be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WorkflowMax not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WorkflowMax may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
