WorkProud Customer Insights

1. Couldn't sign into app after putting in the code the app sent me.Love the app!!! Helps build our confidence and self esteem at work but just hoping if we can fix the restrictions posting for the whole store, for only managers have the ability to post and not another colleagues.

2. It defeats the value of timely recognition when you then have to pivot to using the desktop version to find the folks you want to recognize.Needs font size adjustment capability.

3. I am running Galaxy S20 on Android 11 One UI 3.0Easy to navigate and set up, but freezes completely when I attempt to make a new recognition and I am forced to close the app and re-start it to be able to do anything else on the app.

4. Search feature, to give recognitions to people, needs filters, such as search using first name & store location.

9. I've uninstalled, I've force stopped, restarted phone and nothing!! I'm also following teams and people yet I see nothing in my feed but my post.

10. As a result, I am forced to use the built-in camera function as my only option for posting pics (and then the pictures don't save to my gallery).

11. Also it is listing all the videos at the bottom of my gallery listing, again instead of listing them in chronological order.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix WorkProud Issues

1. Fix WorkProud Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart WorkProud: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the WorkProud App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WorkProud" » Open WorkProud » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WorkProud » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear WorkProud app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WorkProud servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WorkProud" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check WorkProud app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WorkProud might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall WorkProud. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WorkProud then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WorkProud not working


2. Fix WorkProud Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WorkProud be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WorkProud not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WorkProud may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
