1. For more colour options or if you like this app please upgrade to the full version. - Very small app with a small footprint. - In Android 3. 0 or above, and Android 4. 0 or above, the Android OS has "automatic shrinking and dimming" for status bar notifications to focus on the main activity.

2. The date fits right in and appears as if it is part of the Android OS unlike some apps. - Simple UI with easy to understand options. Remember Less is More. - Choose from a white or black to match your status bar colour.

1. I paid for the PRO version way back, and even though the behavior is the same on my Note 20 Ultra 5G, I was just about to pay for the Pro version again until I read how many others this exact same problem has been happening, for a while now.I am using date is status bar app.

2. I wish there would be one that would work consistently!!! Or if Android would just give us this feature on our phones! 👎🏼I've had for years but the date doesn't consistently stay on in the status bar... which was the whole point.

3. Get it.Can u design this without the persistent notification? Or is it mandatory that any app that has a Status Bar Icon must also have an accompanying Notification in the tray, as dictated by Google policy for developers? If the latter this is the case please let me know & I'll change my rating to 5 stars since this matter is out of your control.

4. App fails on Galaxy Note 8I'd give it 5 stars if the date didn't keep disappointing from the status bar.

5. So that's a plus, we shall see how this new thing goLike so many other users, I've been using this app for 7 years, and it worked perfectly, especially loved the day changing colors on the weekends.

6. For those people whining about colors, it's Android that screwed us over with that downgrade, not the devs.Works great on Galaxy s23 Ultra!!! Easy.

7. Please let me know if there is any solution to this problem.This used to be a good app, now the date disappears all the time, but worse yet, is that 3x a day it sends a notification.

8. So unless I want to turn off the notification (which turns off the date) or turn the sound off on all my notifications, it's useless to me One of the notifications is at midnight, every night.

9. The date is displayed in top left corner where the icons of other notifications is displayed.

1. Fix Date in Status Bar Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Date in Status Bar: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Date in Status Bar App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Date in Status Bar" » Open Date in Status Bar » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Date in Status Bar » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Date in Status Bar app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Date in Status Bar servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Date in Status Bar" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Date in Status Bar app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Date in Status Bar might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Date in Status Bar. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Date in Status Bar then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Date in Status Bar not working

2. Fix Date in Status Bar Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Date in Status Bar be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Date in Status Bar not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Date in Status Bar may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
