Vonage Business Communications Customer Insights

1. 2) when you block a number for all extensions, if they call again it still allows the call through and will even ring your phone, might happen with desktop program even, not sure.Technically does it's job but with tons of bugs such as you can't actually see when someone is calling unless you switch to the app meaning I have to have it open on my phone full-time.

2. Also the UI is very counterproductive in order to just dial a number for instance you have to switch to the phone tab and then click new call and then click new call again just to be able to enter in numbers.

3. I really wish it would start vibrating my watch with an incoming call, since my phone has been on vibrate for about 10 years.

4. It was always a little clunky, but functional; however, now the phone RINGS in the headset and then switches all audio back to my cell phone once the call is connected.

5. On video calls there is sometimes a minor delay and when you see a voicemail you can't click on the person's name to call them back.

6. Not to mention, we have tons of calls where they can't hear us because of the voice recording message that starts every call.

7. Now it no longer works - I can hear the phone ringing in my earpiece but when someone picks up the sound switches back to the phone.

8. Truthfully, have never had a good experience with any voip providers, this continues that trendEDIT 1/16/2023 - Something broke and now my headset that I had been using for the past couple years just doesn't work at all.

    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vonage Business Communications" » Open Vonage Business Communications » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vonage Business Communications » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Vonage Business Communications app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vonage Business Communications servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vonage Business Communications" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Vonage Business Communications app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vonage Business Communications might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Vonage Business Communications. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vonage Business Communications then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vonage Business Communications not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Vonage Business Communications be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
