The little inconvenience is that the fields of this app are not properly mapped with the fields of phone book and you have to edit and correct them manually, otherwise this deserves for five stars.I have used dozens of Business Card scanning Apps over a decade, but there is none other as good as COVVE.

2. Import from pictures is also a missing feature (business events is common for this need)This is the excellent business cards scanning App I have used so far.

3. No export to Outlook or Gmail (natively) also can't save the back image of the business card (some business cards have info on both sides that should be able to be captured if desired).

4. The good: Covve Scan does a better job of scanning the data from the cards than any other app I've tried.

1. Fix Business Card Scanner Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Business Card Scanner: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Business Card Scanner App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Business Card Scanner" » Open Business Card Scanner » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Business Card Scanner » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Business Card Scanner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Business Card Scanner servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Business Card Scanner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Business Card Scanner app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Business Card Scanner might not work.
