Why should I report an Issue with Laban SMS: spam blocker?

1. Keyword based blocking doesn't work most of the time.Greatest app i like it, it hide message content at notification bar, and it has a private box which means a code can be set for personal msg, this app is v good, one thing to be improved that it show nmbr with contact name, only name should be exist in chat memu for better safety...Spam blocking is excellent, but I was not receiving any of my group MMS.

2. Hopefully the dev would add dark mode.If the colour of each conversation can be fixed as the default background colour, it is more perfect.Good.. it change the default messaging app and available option to send message by sim 1 or sim 2 (i use 2 simcard)This app replaces itself to my default sms manager.

3. Option to change colour of individual sender messages doesn't always work for some reason.Most of the spam messages in my inbox don't even show up when i try to add a blocking rule from messages.

4. No option to change the background to a dark one and no system wide option to change message colour which has made most of mine unreadable.

5. I want to usd it as a blocker not sms program.Blocking the number from an area code doesn't work.

6. Seemed promising but doesn't work properly with Samsung dark/night mode in earlier versions of Android.

7. more I suggest if you make it to popup the message and to show new message on the app.A great and simple app to block sms based on keywords.

1. Fix Laban SMS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Laban SMS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Laban SMS App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Laban SMS" » Open Laban SMS: spam blocker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Laban SMS » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Laban SMS: spam blocker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Laban SMS servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Laban SMS: spam blocker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Laban SMS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Laban SMS might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Laban SMS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Laban SMS then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Laban SMS not working

2. Fix Laban SMS Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Laban SMS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Laban SMS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Laban SMS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
