Why should I report an Issue with Zamoji - Make Your Personal St?

1. 1st create login to Zamoji using phone number in less than 3 min, login, open the app, made some stickers, save, use personal stickers for whatsapp & look for zamoji folder to upload, use background eraser to delete/edit the Vietnamese text, a lil effort but really worth it, the fun is endless, we have hours of fun, need more template though, especially more hair & head template, hoping for couple template if possible in next update please 🙏😘This app is good.. easy to use.

2. and i'll rate 5stars.Cannot use face and hair sticker, and when use picture, it cannot draw a line where the face will be visible, so you cannot tell whether the face is big enough and with you cannot use face and hair edit sticker function, it useless appThe lines and head size to guide us to fit the face is no longer visible, so we can't even use this app properly to make stickerdoesnt allow to DELETE wrong default faces.

3. Also ENGLISH version is appreciatedit used to be a good app, but now can't even position my face, so cannot see if it's in a good position or nota really nice app.

4. but it would be much better if you using English as the default language.Nice app.. but pls add some more stickers with English captions..App is good bt there is only one language for the stickerSo easy to use and the Zamojis are nice.

1. Fix Zamoji Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Zamoji: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Zamoji App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zamoji" » Open Zamoji - Make Your Personal St » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zamoji » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Zamoji - Make Your Personal St app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zamoji servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zamoji - Make Your Personal St" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Zamoji app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zamoji might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Zamoji. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zamoji then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zamoji not working

2. Fix Zamoji Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zamoji be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zamoji not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Zamoji may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
