Why should I report an Issue with mjunoon: PSL 9, Live TV, News?

1. I'll be forced to uninstall app if you doesn't fix this issue.It's a really app to enjoy all Pakistan and international channels free but user interface is not that friendly to use.default screen should be only live TV or starting with categories page first.or favorites page first.to directly access those live channels.

The app on my phone isnt much better either, crashes and randomly stops the streaming or chromecast even though the internet connection is stable.Did this app is open on telenor sim witout data charge ?Why this app is not open without data charge on Telenore sim?i have 32 inches TCL TV this Mjunoon is ok to open but each channel after 2 minutes gets off then again i open the channel.

3. Major Issue Deducted:- MY MOBILE WAS Connected With Internet connection by Blue tooth tethering...during this; app was not working and show msg that your mobile have no internet connection.

4. Cheers!I like this app but I have one major issue that is like a fault This app work on Mobile Network Connection and I not sure this app work on wifi connection or not, but this is amjor issue and shows this app is not all round friendly.

6. I have used it on numerous Android TV based tv and media boxes but one problem I face on all the devices is that the video not being true full screen, cuts out after 5 mins and goes to the device screen saver.

7. When I cast any live channels on my smart TV, as soon as I close my phone screen or go back cast stops.

8. And now rewind option has been finished for most of the channels.

9. And more important thing make it compatible with smart TV boxes with landscape screens.Your Android TV app crashes a lot.

11. It did very bad for me.What the hell is with your app??? When we use volume up/down and brightness shortcuts on screen the icon doesn't go away once it appears.

1. Fix mjunoon Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart mjunoon: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the mjunoon App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "mjunoon" » Open mjunoon: PSL 9, Live TV, News » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for mjunoon » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear mjunoon: PSL 9, Live TV, News app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from mjunoon servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "mjunoon: PSL 9, Live TV, News" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check mjunoon app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, mjunoon might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall mjunoon. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall mjunoon then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing mjunoon not working

2. Fix mjunoon Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make mjunoon be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to mjunoon not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, mjunoon may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
