1. I searched their "Help" section and found absolutely nothing useful and no way to contact them for assistance getting back into my account.This app is a SCAM!! I had it for over a week and I've done one of the offers where I have to reach a certain level! I went past the certain level and never got my reward!! And if that isn't bad enough! I can't even log into my account!! The password I input was CORRECT and same thing for my email!! It said that they account token has expired! I try to log in multiple times and it still won't let me log in!!! WORST.

2. DON'T DOWNLOAD OR SPEND YOUR MONEY ON IT!! IT'S A WASTE OF TIME!!!!A lot of the offers never post the points promised and the customer service bots(pretending to be human) do not respond in a timely manner, ignore key details in the correspondence, and never resolve the issue.

Finally, they don't seem interested in hearing from you, either, unless you're a client who answers their call to "Partner and create."I didnt want to give this 1 star, because before my issue, the app worked great! Unfortunately... I was using it on my phone for a few weeks, got about 5 bucks out of it, Then it told me to update.

4. After multiple errors, I went to the Help section, but it turned out to be a complete joke - clicking on "Support" refers you to the "Help Center", which then takes you back to "Support" - a cursed loop with no info.

5. I've been trying to get a hold of them for over a week and no response!!! See the problem is the phone number I entered is a wifi number so they won't send a verification code which is ridiculous.

6. However, immediately after giving my personal info to register my account, I got the "account token expired, please login again" problem.

7. But thing is why wouldn't you let me know this BEFORE I spent hours getting my coins up and then right before I finally give to redeem them that my phone number can't be verified???? And to top it all off they won't simply let you enjoy change it in the appApp is garbage.

8. I completed a number of games like board king (got to level 6) and this weird golf game (got to level 5) and I listened to 30 minutes of garbage music on the current app.

9. Which was and still is false.Support doesn't respond to their email, can't reset password, I've been waiting for a long while to hear back, even emailed back once or twice.

10. Also all the offers are either too hard to do or require money which is weird because you are getting points for money.

11. I attempted to get to the bottom of the issue, contacting support for assistance several times, and they essentially told me to piss off bc I was "using a VPN or emulator".

1. Fix Boodle Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Boodle: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Boodle App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Boodle" » Open Boodle: Earn Gift Cards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Boodle » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Boodle: Earn Gift Cards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Boodle servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Boodle: Earn Gift Cards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Boodle app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Boodle might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Boodle. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Boodle then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Boodle not working

2. Fix Boodle Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Boodle be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Boodle not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Boodle may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
