1. And some drivers have bots wich lock you out of trying to pick a route and only when they pick the higher paying routes do you get to chooseI downloaded this app around November of 2022.

2. Now they allow me to see the routes available but every time I choose a route it gives me a total different route than I picked.

3. The app does not give you a chance to review the route: route, # of boxes or stops (just gives an approx cubic feet), plus the estimated time.

4. All the issues with the app create difficulties during deliveries, selecting routes in the evenings and not mention trying to communicate with drivers' support.

Often times you'll have two deliveries next to each other but unless you're familiar with the areas you're delivering to, you won't realize that until you've driven across town only to come back to the area you just left.It's clear to me that the app has a lot of glitches that need to be worked out.

1. Fix Veho Driver Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Veho Driver: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Veho Driver App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Veho Driver" » Open Veho Driver » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Veho Driver » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Veho Driver app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Veho Driver servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Veho Driver" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Veho Driver app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Veho Driver might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Veho Driver. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Veho Driver then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Veho Driver not working

2. Fix Veho Driver Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Veho Driver be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Veho Driver not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Veho Driver may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
