1. When you click on the notice that you have a new trip the app opens the trip so you can read the details, but you must exit the trip and go to a different page to accept it.I normally have no issues but recently there are always 3 in-progress jobs that have already been completed which do not go away.
2. I am assigned to different vehicles in the course of the day, but must now go to detail page (which is slow!) for each trip to see if I am changing vehicles.
3. I said l, what I said.App is broke, won't let me go off duty and screen keeps popping up asking me to select a vehicles, but no vehicles available to select.New 4.2 app doesn't have a tip percentage add option at payment collect screen.
4. App delays this for some reason.New "update" barely loads like it used to, doesn't even open most of the time and freezestired of getting logged out automatically multiple times a day.
5. How many servers ask for a tip when they hand you your bill? Pretty unprofessional.... Why the 3 second wait time after updating on location, customer in car...? I'm not launching a nuclear weapon, just trying to do a job quickly.
6. I hill Finalize and it goes back into the active screen, so I hit Finished again, and it shows me the Finalize button again, so I tap that and it goes back to the active screen.
7. And would prefer the term "dropped" instead of "Finished" after the client is done.You DO NOT need access to my photos, videos, music, or contacts.
8. When a new trip notice comes in, the app will continue to beep to let you know about it even well after you accepted the trip.
9. tired of waiting 3 seconds for every time i update a status to take effect.
10. it's not a rocket launch, just pressing a button expecting quick results, so i can move on to other things.
11. History doesn't show the passenger's name, and destination is truncated.
