1. But what do you expect from a company that does not have 24hr support even though 90% of their customers work 24/7..Update to the 21st century Rand there is plenty of others out there that want my business.The phone app don't even have a night mode.
2. I was able to get a log correction done so no worries, but it shouldn't be an issue... That wouldn't happen on paper.The app does the job, but it is needlessly annoying along the way...example: take a 10 hour reset not connected to the device? That is going to be about a 1 hour reconnect time.
3. Stay Away!The app works perfect! It worked good on my I phone but was not able to choose Texas intrastate as hours of service.
4. I have enough to watch and worry about while driving, now I have to worry what is my log going to look like when an officer wants to look at it.Ran great for two years untill last update now showing off when driving but continues to count miles.
5. Dont have a good phone signal? Good luck with status changes, logging off, or certifying logs...ive had service for over a year now.
6. I do wish I had WiFi but may upgrade at a matter time.Ever since the last update the app is pulling more power then what my charger can keep up with.
7. Pretty much works like it should, only downside I've seen is going on personal conveyance it put me on driving, while going to my destination.

10. Support says its a wifi and data problem but it happens when i have a data and wifi connection.
11. Keeps putting in driving mode automatically from yard movement and personal conveyance while moving.
