Why should I report an Issue with GC: Ghost Recon Breakpoint?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

Its a great concept and it works for the most part the downside is when you zoom in you cant read the map locations that would be very helpful maybe in a future update have a better resolution with more detailed map now its just like zooming in on a google image and does not look good thats why only 4 stars ove all it was helpful tho for blueprints and stuff like that to get you to a general area 👍Not bad but it needs an update and the more you zoom in the more blured the map gets so you can really see where things are exactly and maybe use differnt shapes for the filters so things are easier to view on the map with more then one filter on...once the kinks are worked out I will give more stars.Very basic.

2. wish it worked seems like it could be a good app.I'll give it a star for the simple reason that at least someone has tried to create a decent companion app for breakpoint although it's terrible and only marks out certain things at least we have somethingIs this an app? I expect something linked to my profile and thus progress.

3. I am interested in searching locations by name, or mission names.Shows locations, but does not remove any that you unselect, and blurrs when you zoom in, and no info for south west corner and island.

4. Can't search specific locations, zoom is very poor, this just lists where crates, guns and missions are among all other things.

1. Fix GC Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GC: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GC App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GC" » Open GC: Ghost Recon Breakpoint » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GC » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GC: Ghost Recon Breakpoint app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GC servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GC: Ghost Recon Breakpoint" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GC app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GC might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GC. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GC then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GC not working

2. Fix GC Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GC be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GC not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GC may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
