Why should I report an Issue with GC: Assassin's Creed Odyssey?

1. I looked at the legendary chest and nearby quests in Macedonia and found that the info details were incomplete (chest) or vague (quest).Really slow loading time.

3. Another example is the Posiden trophy where you need to complete all underwater objectives.Best map, besides ads (they gotta make their money) the map is the best on Google Play store, unlimited tracking, all POI are on the map, even if you don't need it.

5. Id say to fix this the map should not be populated right away with icons let map load then have it in the app wear we turn locations on or off.

1. Fix GC Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GC: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GC App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GC" » Open GC: Assassin's Creed Odyssey » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GC » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GC: Assassin's Creed Odyssey app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GC servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GC: Assassin's Creed Odyssey" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GC app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GC might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GC. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GC then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GC not working

2. Fix GC Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GC be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GC not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GC may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
