1. Thanks for removing the annoying 3s wait time - oh wait, you didn't, why is it there? Allow default image quality please!When I click on EZLive settings for each camera, then customize alarm sound, it says it is not supported by this device.

2. What is being done, and how long will it take to rectify this problem? Our installer has other customers complaining about this issue.Just installed UNV video doorbell and doorbell notifications aren't received while the phone screen is locked (hence useless).

3. Because of this app the Uniview door bell is useless.Worse app ever, almost impossible to connect to the CCTVHi there! Switched from ezview to this app as ezview alerts were not working, but now streaming service is not working in both apps.

4. Update: June 2023 - Door bell notifications are now working well with Android 13.

5. Can you please allow a default setting for quality? Defaulting to medium or low and having to manually select high is annoying.

6. The solid blue playback bar is not helpful when checking what happened on footage... As you need to look at all the recording to find an event...Keeps saying it needs an update.

1. Fix UNV-Link Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart UNV-Link: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the UNV-Link App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "UNV-Link" » Open UNV-Link » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for UNV-Link » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear UNV-Link app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from UNV-Link servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "UNV-Link" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check UNV-Link app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, UNV-Link might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall UNV-Link. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall UNV-Link then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing UNV-Link not working

2. Fix UNV-Link Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make UNV-Link be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to UNV-Link not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, UNV-Link may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
