Why should I report an Issue with Unbabel for translators?

1. I'll stick to desktop, thanks.This app is so great! It gives you hotel guest reviews to translate and you make real money! Of course it takes a while to get it withdrawn (you need at least $5 to withdraw )but it can definitely happen in one day! I've made $30 already in one day (and I'm not joking) very helpful and can be even done at work or anywhere really! I love this app! It just takes a while to get your first paid review but it's worth it to wait!I downloaded the app but it wouldn't let me create an account from there so went to the desktop version and it would let create an account to a certain point i.e selecting what languages I know but the next button was greyed so I couldn't go ahead with the test and there was no way of contacting anyone.Just a help section which sent me round in circles so deleted the app.Real shame.Bugs... I take my time to translate the tasks given.

However, there's sometimes not enough time to read the task instructions before the task vanishes, which means I have to start working on tasks without having read the instructions properly.It's definitely a great app, but I was first working on European Spanish and they suddenly moved me to Latin American Spanish where there are no jobs available for months now.

3. Wasted effort just to get kicked out with no ability to add additional time when the task was 90% done, and my speed score until that point had always been 90-100 and I'm capped out at $18/h.

4. Something that doesn't make sense at all for me.it works great! I'd only add to it nice notifications and I would put the context of the translation (i.e. a previous text)... it also would be good to be able to work in video tasks from mobile 📲impossible to login.

5. Uninstalled after the app kicked me out of a task for "taking too long" with a task where the machine translation was long, a complete mess in terms of conjugations and had forgotten to translate some words entirely.

6. Wasted time, wasted effort, didn't get paid for that task.

7. Then what happens? I'm left with two options " retry" ( which never works by the way) and " quit the task" ( which leads to a complete new task, making my effort go in vain.😂) .

8. Have uninstalled and installed again with the second time saying Create account, when trying to it just shows Sign in again like the first time.

9. Wasted my time 😭Haven't tried it yet as there is no way to register a new account.

10. Edit: I can now login, but I can't see any new tasks (even though new tasks are available via browser) and info on how much money I've earned etc.

1. Fix Unbabel Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Unbabel: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Unbabel App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Unbabel" » Open Unbabel for translators » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Unbabel » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Unbabel for translators app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Unbabel servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Unbabel for translators" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Unbabel app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Unbabel might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Unbabel. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Unbabel then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Unbabel not working

2. Fix Unbabel Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Unbabel be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Unbabel not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Unbabel may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
