1. I have to try and get the file which I can't access again, and appearantly I have used 1 of my 7 translation limit, which I never got the translation for because the ads reset it once again, hopefully the reset is a bug and fixable, but if it is the app's "feature", just use Google translate.I used this app to translate Japanese text on my gallery.

2. I often get translations like "=amp" or " &amp " amongst many other things, and ruined the whole translation.Love the way the app recognize all given image of text and translate it precisely, not like the trash feature gtranslate have.

3. Hopefully the Devs update soon and clean up the problems with ads.The translate from picture-file feature is sometimes accessible, sometimes it doesn't work at all (you can't swipe up to look for the picture-file), and when it does work, the ads reset the whole process.

1. Fix Japanese Translator Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Japanese Translator: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Japanese Translator App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Japanese Translator" » Open Japanese Translator - JTranslate » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Japanese Translator » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Japanese Translator - JTranslate app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Japanese Translator servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Japanese Translator - JTranslate" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Japanese Translator app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Japanese Translator might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Japanese Translator. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Japanese Translator then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Japanese Translator not working
