1. After a few years it developed a bug where if you added a tracking number before the first scan, it wouldn't update the status on that package once the scans started until you deleted that number, and re-added it.
2. I forwarded an email with a tracking number to my ParcelTrack inbox and after a couple days I just added the tracking number manually, as it still said it was "queued".
3. i can't figure out a way to enter the tracking manually, so I'm still having to check for my package statuses one email at a time, which defeats the purpose of having and paying for this app.
4. But not having accurate status reflected in the app is a deal-breaker.almost half of my forwarded shipping emails are in queue, and have not detected the tracking details.
5. I would wait indefinitely to see if it gets added, but the package arrives before anything changes!This has been a great tracking app.
6. Also, the personal inbox to forward messages seems to either not work or take a very, very long time to get the tracking number into your account.

8. Of course, this could be that the email was formatted weird and difficult to read the tracking number, or some other one off issue.
